We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management. This role is in London, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive unprecedented and complex analysis and strategic execution across Global Operations teams and regions by leading high‑impact initiatives that support operational priorities, strategies, and performance outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior accountable owner for complex, cross‑functional initiatives of strategic importance, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and measurable results.
  • Synthesize operational, financial, and risk metrics into clear executive level insights and narratives to support leadership decision‑making and operating reviews, including internal business and client meetings.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders by translating operational priorities into executable plans, performance measures, and governance routines.
  • Lead and govern strategic programs and transformation initiatives, providing direction, challenge, and oversight to ensure disciplined and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Operations leadership team to align business management, reporting, and execution with operating, financial, and strategic objectives.
  • Enable data‑driven decision‑making across Global Operations by delivering high‑quality management insights that support business results and long‑term strategic goals.
  • Provide forward‑looking insights on client trends through analysis of historical data and emerging patterns to support client review discussions.
  • Maximise team and operations staff effectiveness by fostering strong individual contributions and cohesive team performance in support of enterprise goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA/CFA preferred.
  • Experience in Consulting/Strategy and Business Management.
  • Experience in Global Operations Business management.
  • Strong leadership experience required.
  • Proven track record of implementing strategic change in an operational environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to maximise collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance working practices and maximise operational efficiencies.
