Position: Manchester, UK within the Corporate Trust Operations team.
Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Microsoft Dynamics strategic lead, including creation and management of teams, queues, and user access.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics, developing user documentation, FAQs, and delivering regular and ad‑hoc reporting.
Build strong partnerships with product and technical teams to stay informed on new features, releases, and known issues, ensuring effective communication and adoption.
Lead regular training sessions, stand‑ups, and office hours to drive user engagement, communicate changes, and capture and escalat[e] issues.
Coordinate project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring key actions were completed on time across multiple workstreams.
Improve project visibility and stakeholder alignment through regular status reporting, meeting coordination, and maintenance of accurate project documentation.

Qualifications Proven experience managing teams and queues within Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable CRM platform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and user-focused documentation.
Experience supporting user adoption and change management within CRM or enterprise platforms, including training delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical skills with experience producing and interpreting operational reports and dashboards (e. g., Power BI or similar tools).
