We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Paid Media to join our Global Integrated Marketing Team. This role is in London.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across display, social, programmatic, direct buy, and search
- Maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to support accurate and timely launches
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, highlighting key trends and key takeaways
- Support optimization through A/B testing, creative variations, and audience refinements
- Coordinate with marketers, creative, content, and agency partners to ensure assets and campaigns are delivered on time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- A number of years’ experience in digital marketing, media, or analytics, with a strong emphasis on paid media execution
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple paid media platforms
- Experience working with external media agencies and / or global marketing teams
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, ad tech, digital measurement, and emerging advertising tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work in spreadsheets and familiarity with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Financial services or B2B marketing experience is a plus
