We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate – Office of Regulatory Relations to join our Office of Regulatory Relations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

Role Summary

Works within the International Office of Regulatory Relations providing operational support for regulatory engagement and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory examinations and meetings, including development and review of briefing materials.
  • Drive the regulatory issue-response process by scheduling and participating in working sessions, maintaining action-tracking documentation, and engaging first, second, and third lines of defense.
  • Support Relationship Managers in overseeing a portfolio of ongoing regulatory projects—flag emerging issues, elevate when needed, and help resolve day-to-day challenges.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established reporting and governance standards; surface procedural gaps and recommend next steps.
  • Participate in cross-functional stakeholder and business-line working groups to align on regulatory objectives.
  • Exercise independent judgement on routine matters to troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues.
  • Proactively identify and recommend small-scale process improvements leveraging AI tools and basic automation.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners, senior management, and external regulators for assigned tasks.
  • Execute advanced, confidential administrative duties related to regulatory exams and findings, applying knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
