We\’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Enablement to join our Liquidity and Financing team. This role is in London
In this role, you\’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Actively participate and manage the implementation of multiple products and services within the Liquidity and Margin Services business lines
- Aid in defining the delivery plan for various clients across various stakeholders during the entire onboarding lifecycle
- Track critical milestones, dependencies and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders
- Utilizing AI and automation capabilities enhance the client experience and streamline processes
- Manage feedback from internal and external stakeholders which will be integrated into future processes to ensure continuous improvement
To be successful in this role, we\’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor\’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Several years banking experience
- Client facing experience preferred
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines
- Team oriented with the ability to self-motivate
