We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Performance Analytics and Reporting Capability Lead to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for providing strategic direction to a team
- Identify opportunities and drive the improvement for the team
- Responsible for linking in with regional leads
- Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
- Manages a team of professionals including coaching, performance management and resource allocation
- Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Experience in Corporate Trust or Conventional Trust and Operations management
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Experience in managing KPIs, metrics and staff located in different locations
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Technical knowledge of Agile Methodology and Six Sigma preferred
- Reporting, Reconciliation and Analytical Experience
