We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist II, UK Vault to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Acting as the first point of escalation for the UK Vault Team.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation including processing or reviewing: Incoming and outgoing post, new issuance creation, document filing, document retrieval and reporting tasks.
  • Take a leading role in audits, control testing and vault inspections.
  • Take a leading role in the preparation and execution of CASS regulatory reconciliations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Able to demonstrate behaviours: curiosity, ownership, teamwork and delivery.
  • Able to work in office 5 days a week.
  • No experience required.
