We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Cash Management Representative II to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Funding cash bank accounts for all Pershing EMEA entities to support BAU activities
- Management and segregation of client and firm money to meet regulatory requirements
- Review, monitor and approve payments relating to firm and client cash activity
- Working alongside other operational teams and Treasury to fulfill cash management processes
- Oversee the management of team checklists and oversight tasks
- Escalation of any cash management issues to management and Treasury
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Cash management experience including reconciliation of bank accounts balances and breaks
- Demonstrable experience of reviewing and approving payments
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge and execution of payment message types, Swift, MT, Pacs messages
- Experience using reconciliation software, e.g., TLM
- Competent user of Excel
