We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Recruiter to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from intake through offer, for a range of roles across business lines and functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their team needs, culture, and long-term goals.
- Leverage AI and recruiting technology to source, assess, and engage top talent efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, clear communication and advocacy throughout the process.
- Partner with HR and compensation teams to lead complex offer negotiations, balancing internal equity with market competitiveness.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, taking ownership of searches and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably across EMEA region.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI and data-driven tools in the recruiting process, from sourcing to assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities independently.
- Experience managing and closing complex offers, including compensation negotiation.
- Clear, professional communication and a strong sense of ownership.
