We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Operations Administrator to join our Fund Operations team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Liaising with Fund Managers, Transfer Agents and Clients to complete and provide documents which can include fund application forms, AML documents and internal Funds service agreements
- Assisting with adding new funds to the service and maintenance of all funds, i.e. completing Corporate Actions, Static Data updates and Transfers as required
- Completion of Non-standard product reviews using Fund specific documentation
- Preparing and submitting Share Class Conversion instructions
- Monthly creation of MI for both Clients and Fund Managers
- Monthly preparation of KRIs, Client Billing, Scorecard, Account Ownership and other required reports internally
- Handles all client queries and resolves issues within SLA
- Testing for releases, functional changes, and ad-hoc testing which can include weekend and early morning tests
- Keeping procedures updated
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Essential:
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel including confident use of formulas, lookups and pivot tables
- Good attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required
- Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and written (email)
- Proactive approach to work and ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges
Desirable:
- Understanding of Funds – (desirable)
- Experience of dealing with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents – (desirable)
