We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Third Party Risk Management Lead to join our team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive third party risk reduction initiatives and commercial value through process transformation.
  • Develop the vendor and inter-affiliate management frameworks in line with the evolving threat landscape, including establishing standards for performance metrics and associated reporting.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for process automation and process enhancement leveraging AI.
  • Continuously monitor the financial services and regulatory landscapes for threats and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners throughout the organization, including senior roles in Risk, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal.
  • Oversee the preparation of Sourcing related reports and distribute and present these reports to senior management on a predetermined and as needed basis.
  • Participate in the preparation for and delivery of interactions with regulatory bodies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders up to EC-level to assist with strategy and execution of wider Sourcing management initiatives.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop professional staff and managers, maximizing their individual contributions, professional growth, and ability to function as a team or lead their team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Proven leadership track record in third-party risk governance with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience in process redesign aligned with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
