We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Service Delivery General Management Manager to join our UK Transfer Agency Operations team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead UK Transfer Agency operations across dealing, investor servicing/core recordkeeping, settlements and reconciliations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, accuracy and timeliness.
- Own the TA operating model and control environment: governance, risk and issue management, operational resilience, reconciliations oversight, and audit/regulatory readiness for recordkeeping activities.
- Provide senior oversight of client, distributor and fund governance interactions for Transfer Agency—managing escalations, service performance, and delivery against SLAs/contractual commitments.
- Set strategy and drive continuous improvement across TA processes, data quality and technology change; lead and develop managers/teams and manage financial and workforce plans for the UK TA organisation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3-5 years in management.
- Service delivery experience preferred.
- The role is certified by BNY under the Senior Manager Certification Regime.
