We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst, Senior Specialist to join our Tax Product Management, Client Tax team. This role is in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Translate team OKRs, key initiatives, and business objectives into actionable user stories that guide product development in partnership with Engineering.
  • Champion Agile Delivery: Play an active role in sprint planning, prioritization, and progress tracking through daily scrums, while contributing meaningfully to all agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Transform Client Experience: Build a deep understanding of our tax services to evolve the custody tax offering and strengthen the tax operational model for enhanced client outcomes.
  • Enable Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to identify system enhancement needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver solutions that optimize processes and support business growth.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience in Custody Tax an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and communication capabilities with a results-oriented and execution-focused mindset
