We are seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Reclaims Projects & Test Lead to join our Tax Operations Strategy team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support requirement refinement, planning and implementation of application enhancements, participating in activities related to development of functional and operational requirements.
  • Test developed processes and train users on application enhancements and deployments.
  • Interface with Product and Engineering on behalf of Operations to improve business processes.
  • Produce materials and train Operations staff on application enhancements and deployments.
  • Track and action tasks related to Operational Readiness activities.
  • Support weekend implementations (approx. 1 per month), validating production releases.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • All preferred but not mandatory:
  • Experience in Custody Operations, ideally Income Processing or Tax (Reclaims/Payments/Documentation)
  • Experience with writing test scripts and executing User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with Jira
