We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Account Opening & Maintenance / FX Overlay to join our FX Overlay Onboarding team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Partner with business stakeholders to onboard new and incremental client funds onto the FX Overlay platform.
- Configure and maintain client static data, including platform setup, reporting requirements, Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs), SWIFT messaging, legal appendices, and documentation updates.
- Own the client onboarding pipeline production, prioritize tasks, track SLAs, and elevate risks proactively.
- Lead transition and conversion projects end‑to‑end, ensuring project quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3‑5 years in financial services, FX operations, client onboarding, or project management.
- Solid understanding of FX products (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs) and settlement mechanics.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; aptitude to learn in‑house platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and institutional clients.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
