Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Assets Custody, Product Manager (Expansion) to join our Digital Asset Custody team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

  • Support the geographic expansion of BNY’s Digital Asset Custody product into new regions by translating expansion strategy into practical execution plans.
  • Own execution timelines and coordinate regional launch readiness across technology, operations, compliance, risk, legal, finance and client-facing teams.
  • Partner with Strategy and Commercial teams to support client and prospect engagement, acting as the regional product expert for Digital Asset Custody expansion.
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure launch requirements are prioritised and reflected in team backlogs.
  • Navigate BNY’s product governance framework, supporting approvals, stage gates, regulatory reviews and evidence gathering.
  • Identify, track and communicate regional regulatory, operational and governance requirements that may impact launches.
  • Provide clear status, risk and dependency updates to product leadership, decision-making forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Capture lessons learned after each launch to improve future regional expansion activity.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

  • Relevant industry experience in digital assets, trading, financial services product management or product delivery.
  • Experience implementing products, platforms or complex initiatives within regulated financial institutions.
  • Working knowledge of blockchain, digital assets and custody models, with the ability to engage effectively with engineering and operations teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and curious about blockchain and digital asset markets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
