We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in London, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Play a key role in ensuring exceptional client service within the Client Operations & Reporting function.
- Support operational excellence and client satisfaction by developing and implementing strategies that improve client interactions and streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational principles by maintaining and applying relevant knowledge and practices.
- Deliver high-quality service and support the business’s growth objectives by using expertise in client operations as an individual contributor.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in client service, client operations, or a related area.
- Experience developing and implementing service strategies and improving operational processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- People leadership experience, if applicable.
