We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Coverage to join the BNY Investments team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage a portfolio of institutional clients, building relationships and growing revenue through retention and cross-sell.
  • Act as primary contact for clients, handling queries, issues and ongoing engagement.
  • Work with internal teams (product, service, legal, compliance) to deliver solutions and execute client activity.
  • Identify new business opportunities based on client needs and market awareness.
  • Support the full sales lifecycle including account planning, deal structuring and maintaining accurate CRM data.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in asset management, banking or related client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in an institutional environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, products and client requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to assess opportunities and support commercial decisions.
