In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Leadfirst-lineriskoversightacrossExecutionServices, covering PSL/PSIL FIEQ Execution, IB & LB Fixed Income Execution, Pershing-related activities, 24-Hour Trading, and strategic client onboarding.

Establishandgovernriskmonitoringframeworks, including limits thresholds, and escalation triggers, ensuring alignment with global standards and risk appetite.

DriveaconsistentcontrolenvironmentacrossEMEA, partnering with Trading Desks, Credit Services, Compliance, and Second Line Risk to strengthen risk governance and operational resilience.

Enablebusinessgrowththrougheffectiveriskpartnership, providing risk assessments and onboarding recommendations for strategic clients, new products, and business initiatives.

Supportglobalfollow-the-sunriskcoverage, delivering continuous oversight for Pershing, Execution Services, and Clearing activities while proactively identifying, escalating, and mitigating emerging risks.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or related quantitative discipline.

Experience in Markets, Financial Resource Management, Treasury, Risk Analytics, Liquidity Risk, Counterparty Risk or Financial Risk Management

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering effectively with Front Office, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Second Line Risk teams.

Commercial judgment and risk assessment capability, with the ability to support strategic client onboarding, business growth initiatives, and risk appetite decisions.

Demonstrated leadership in control environments, with experience driving global operating models, continuous monitoring, and follow-the-sun risk oversight across multiple regions and legal entities.
