We’re seeking a future team member for the role of FX Program Trader to join our Global Markets Trading team. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Executing client FX orders in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner in accordance with established procedures.
Analyzing trading and market data to generate insights that enhance execution quality and support the development of AI-enabled trading tools.
Contributing to projects focused on improving execution practices, trading products, and desk procedures.
Acting as a subject matter resource on regional market conditions, liquidity trends, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
Maintaining high standards of risk awareness and ensuring all trading activity is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Partnering with regional and global colleagues to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
A few years total work experience preferred.
Experience in Custody FX or Emerging Markets FX trading
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI and ML for decision-making and business improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
