We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director – Client Activation Fund and Investor Solutions to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead end-to-end transition and implementation programs for large, complex client deals, including planning, mobilization, execution, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Establish the overall program structure, governance model, implementation roadmap, delivery milestones, dependency tracking, and escalation framework.
  • Partner with sales and relationship teams during late-stage deal activity to assess implementation complexity, transition risk, resource requirements, timelines, and operating model implications.
  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for client-facing transition delivery, ensuring transparency, timely communication, and strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Technology, Product, Data, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and third-party providers to ensure all transition workstreams are aligned and progressing.
  • Identify implementation risks, dependencies, resource gaps, and decision points early; drive mitigation plans and executive escalations as needed.
  • Oversee detailed transition planning, including data migration, operating model design, process documentation, technology readiness, control frameworks, service model setup, reporting, and client testing.
  • Ensure implementation programs are delivered in accordance with contractual commitments, commercial objectives, regulatory expectations, internal controls, and client success measures.
  • Lead executive steering committees, governance forums, readiness reviews, and post-go-live status meetings.
  • Drive disciplined program management practices, including status reporting, milestone management, RAID logs, financial tracking, change control, and benefits realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives, acting as a credible advisor during high-pressure transition periods.
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation methodology, playbooks, tools, templates, and transition governance standards.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead transition managers, implementation leads, program managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Capture lessons learned from major implementations and embed improvements into future deal transition models.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience in implementation, transition management, program management, operations, client onboarding, or large-scale transformation.
  • Significant experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementation programs for large institutional clients or enterprise-scale deals.
  • Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, senior client relationships, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of operating model design, data migration, technology integration, risk management, controls, and service readiness.
  • Experience managing large implementation budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Implementation and Transition experience across client implementations for conversions.
  • Experience in financial services, asset servicing, investment operations, banking, fintech, consulting, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with large deal transitions involving custody, fund services, middle office, data, accounting, reporting, transfer agency, or related operational platforms.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar program management certification.
  • Experience working across global delivery centers and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, operational risk, data governance, and client service frameworks.
