We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our Trade Support team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide support to Pershing trading desks and clients.
  • Query management for clients and counterparties.
  • Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to ensure timely trade booking and settlement.
  • Reconcile daily B2B trade bookings.
  • Investigate and resolve complex queries.
  • Using opportunities for self-development and self-improvement.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Knowledge or experience of Middle/Back-Office processes preferred.
  • Enquiring mind – ability to understand complex processing and issues.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of dealing with customers/clients/internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive worker who takes initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Proficient user of Excel.
