We are looking for a Liquidity Platform Business Analyst for LiquidityDirect, our industry‑leading short‑end investments platform. This role will be based in London. The ideal candidate will have significant Corporate Liquidity Management experience along with Liquidity Services Product and Integration Experience. We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially aware Business Analyst to join our Markets Division, supporting the development and enhancement of our open architecture product platform for the distribution of money market funds. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring the platform delivers seamless access to liquidity products for institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Product, and Technology to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for platform enhancements.
- Platform Development Support: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to support agile delivery of platform features. Contribute to sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Client & Market Insight: Analyze client usage patterns, market trends, and competitor platforms to inform product strategy. Support the integration of third‑party fund providers and data sources into the platform.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Define and execute test cases to validate platform functionality and ensure high‑quality releases. Coordinate UAT with business users and manage feedback loops.
- Documentation & Training: Produce user guides, process flows, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct training sessions and demos for Sales and Client Services teams.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within Markets or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of money market instruments, fund distribution, and liquidity management.
- Familiarity with open architecture platforms, APIs, and data integration concepts.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms.

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Knowledge of any of Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP, FIS, TMS, FundConnect, CacheMatrix, Morgan Money, GS Mosaic, ICD would be hugely beneficial.
