Role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Benefits Delivery Specialist to join our EMEA Benefits Delivery Team. This role is located in Manchester.
Job Purpose
To assist with providing an effective, accurate and timely benefits delivery service to employees, People Team, benefits vendors, consultants, and other third-party stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day delivery of specific benefits tasks including acting as the point of escalation for complex benefits and pension queries
- Day-to-day management of Neocase queries ensuring all benefits queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently and within the required SLAs
- Responsible for managing the following vendors/benefits:
- Childcare vouchers
- GymFlex
- Bike to Work
- Dining Card
- Reward Gateway
- Discount website
- Support senior members of the team with BAU and administrative tasks such as but not limited to:
- Provision of benefits in countries with a low headcount
- Testing Flex platform and reviewing error reports
- PILOBs: to complete on request
- Longterm absence reporting
- Processing benefits invoices
- Benefits shared mailbox management
- Liaising with vendors as required
- Third party governance support and management
- Assist the maintenance of an accurate log of P11D adjustments
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans
- Good at building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors
