We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, FI Planning & Analysis II to join our Legal Administration Group (LAG). This role could be based in Manchester, UK, hybrid in office 4 days a week.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Input and maintain matter records and associated documents
- Enter Legal vendor set-ups in matter management system
- Perform docket review
- Support eBilling team with invoice lifecycle
- Liaise with law firms and in-house attorneys
- Track Alternative Fee Arrangements
- Support legal vendor management
- Perform various reconciliations
- Create and distribute financial reports
- Support special projects as assigned
To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
- Focus on details and accuracy
- Adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Bachelor\’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred
- Familiarity with TyMetrix 360 and iManage a plus
