We’re seeking a future team member to join our Collateral Onboarding Client Enablement team. This opportunity is located in Manchester U.K and is a Hybrid position. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Prepare for, and on-board clients.
- Carefully evaluate submissions from the BAC (Business Acceptance Committee) regarding new business proposals.
- Review, action and challenge requests from Relationship Management & Client Service, where appropriate.
- Utilize proprietary system-based software to open and close accounts.
- Daily attention to the running of reconciliations and strong appreciation for data accuracy.
- Resolve data conflicts with external teams and run with them to closure.
- Understand and adhere to regulatory deadlines when performing duties.
- Process Contracts and related documents and upload them into a centralized database.
- Utilize maker/checker methodology in collaboration with colleagues while ensuring effective synergy.
- Support the collation of monthly regulatory MI (Management Information) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators).
- Process client system access and reporting requests.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience in reconciliations, data maintenance preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
