Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform complex operational tasks related to client accounts and company records, including independent analysis and policy interpretation.
  2. Manage a small to medium team handling global clearance across multiple markets.
  3. Execute correspondent requisites accurately and timely, understanding the underlying business and client needs.
  4. Oversee transactional queues, ensuring risk mitigation through controls, resourcing, reconciliation, and escalation.
  5. Maintain correspondent accounts in compliance with regulations, minimizing exposure.
  6. Oversee settlement flow, collate, and report data.
  7. Provide product knowledge and technical support.
  8. Contribute to the development of new products and services.
  9. Ensure quality and completeness of own work.
  10. Recruit, motivate, and develop staff to foster continuous improvement and uphold our culture.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in client communication via phone and email, with a proven record of excellent client service.
  2. Ability to adapt to change and use initiative to overcome challenges.
  3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  4. Understanding of UK and international market settlements in cash and stocks.
  5. Experience with SWIFT messaging software.
  6. Ability to reconcile complex cash and stock movements.
  7. Experience managing and leading a team.
  8. Ability to compile and track management information.
