We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Transformation Project Manager to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in London, UK – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Engage with stakeholders across different regions and departments to understand their needs, gather feedback, agree priorities and escalate issues.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of onboarding and maintenance business processes including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and deploy business operating models across multiple functions.
- Coordinate and supervise end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning and scope management for projects of high complexity.
- Manage, track and resolve risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to senior management, as needed.
- Ensure project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of the department’s strategic objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
- Vast experience in Project Management, Business Transformation or Consultancy, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of operating models, business and technical change and process reengineering.
- Deep understanding of stakeholder needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, highly disciplined with the ability to work independently.
