We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Associate, Events to join our Global Events team. This role will support the planning, execution, and measurement of industry sponsorships and client-facing events, helping drive business outcomes and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings creativity and operational excellence to every aspect of event management — from pre-planning to onsite delivery to post-event reporting.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Event Planning & Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, AV/production, catering, shipping, registration, and travel arrangements.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Track budgets, process invoices, and support negotiations to deliver cost-effective events while maintaining quality.
  • Technology & Tools: Manage event platforms (e.g., registration tools, mobile apps), track attendee engagement, and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Onsite Execution: Act as a primary onsite contact for events, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a professional brand presence.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Support post-event analysis, gathering feedback, and reporting ROI/impact to stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of event playbooks, checklists, and scalable best practices to drive efficiency.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Several years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or a related field (B2B or financial services experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with event tech platforms (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Workfront, ON24) and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
