BNS is a property services company based in North Bristol (BS16), servicing developments throughout the south of England and Wales. We offer fully bespoke packages to our clients, with our main service provisions of block management, maintenance and facilities management, service charge accounting, compliance and health and safety.

Due to increased and diversified market share, contributing to continued growth and development, the need for a Client Relationship Manager has been identified.
Your role as a Client Relationship Manager, will be:
- To manage internal and external communal areas of a variety of Leasehold, Right to Manage, RMC and Freehold Developments.
- Build good relationships with clients and customers.
- Communicate updates across all supportive BNS departments to the client of developments on their scheme.
The role will include:
- Delivering a high customer service to our clients and customers.
- Communicating coherently and positively in written and verbal form
- Updating our bespoke online portal with scheme developments
- Managing communal areas of a variety of leasehold and freehold developments
- Managing the Property Management inbox and calls
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders in particular colleagues, clients, contractors, landlords and residents to ensure quality service provision.
- Undertake site inspections and report actions through our bespoke portal, to ensure our managed blocks are maintained and serviced to a high standard
- Attend and chair meetings with clients and external stakeholders
- Financial management to include preparation of Service Charge estimates, review of expenditure and improving the financial position of developments
- Positively collaborating across the portfolio, working alongside assistive departments such as accounts, compliance, facilities and Health & Safety and lead the communication with the stakeholder.
Other tasks commensurate with this role will include:
A successful candidate will bring a high level of customer service and strong communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced growing environment.
Required:
- At least 2 years Block Management experience
- Friendly, professional and driven nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken
- Customer service champion: Positive rapport and relationship building with clients
- Proactive and prompt attitude to client communication
- Ability to work within structure and adherence to SLAβs and KPIβs
- Hardworking with a key desire to have a positive influence on interaction with customers and clients
- Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent IT skills β Word, Excel, Outlook and bespoke packages
- Self-motivated and passionate about working as part of a team
- Proactive, receptive and adaptable to change whilst being diligent and providing ideas to encourage growth and efficiencies
- Driving licence
- Evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Associate/Member status of TPI desirable
