Senior Surveyor, Valuation (Guildford) (Maternity Cover) - BNP Paribas

The Role Our busy Valuation Team are recruiting for a focussed Senior Surveyor to join their established team working across the South East Region – we have valuation teams in Guildford, Sevenoaks and Canterbury so location can be flexible. The successful candidate will have demonstrable Valuation experience in the UK Real Estate market and be able to manage a fast paced and varied workload. You will be conducting a mix of valuation work throughout Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Berkshire, predominantly, but not exclusively, for loan security purposes. This will include valuing a range of commercial, residential (including development) and mixed-use properties, and building on the team’s significant reputation in the industry. This will initially be a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year covering maternity leave.
