We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our Valuation team, working on commercial and development valuation instructions. This role offers opportunities through our Graduate Programme to develop into a successful surveyor and achieve Chartered status with RICS.

Graduate Programme Details

  • Supports your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor with RICS, typically over two years.
  • Provides experience in various departments to meet APC requirements.
  • Includes mentorship from a Buddy, Supervisor, and Counsellor.
  • Offers comprehensive training, including APC preparation, mock interviews, seminars, and CPD lectures.

Responsibilities

Main Accountabilities

  • Complete daily tasks assigned by your line manager and APC supervisor.
  • Take responsibility for your projects and work quality.
  • Regularly liaise with your APC supervisor and counsellor to track progress.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload effectively.

Client Delivery

  • Understand the business and departmental context.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in client reports.
  • Respond to client needs and seek service improvements.

Business Development

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a network of contacts.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through proactive engagement.
