The team undertakes the management of Rural Estates and offers a range of professional rural advice. Their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base, including some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will involve estate management and professional work within a team. Responsibilities Acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients Undertaking estate and farming business reviews Assisting clients with renewable energy projects and development opportunities Secured lending and other professional valuations Managing and leading a sub-team as part of a larger high-performing team Key Skills Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience across a range of projects Demonstrates team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with clients and generating new opportunities Maintains a composed manner under pressure Good time management and workload prioritization skills Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients Confident in interactions with clients and team members Flexible approach to work and hours Understanding of confidentiality and discretion Person Specification Qualifications: MRICS qualified – preferably Rural pathway CAAV membership/qualification is an advantage Experience Proficient in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint Experience of working to deadlines Benefits We offer award-winning benefits, including: Health & Leisure: Private medical cover, 27 days annual leave plus public holidays (with options to purchase additional days), health screening, gym discounts, wellbeing support, volunteering opportunities, cycle to work scheme, eye care vouchers, travel & retail discounts, travel insurance, concierge service, kids pass, open fairways golf card, social events, and more.
