We’re an established recruitment business covering Staffordshire, mainly industrial with some commercial clients. We’ve got a warm desk with existing clients, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic recruiter who wants to come in, get involved and build on what’s already there. This role would suit someone with around 2–3 years’ agency experience who is confident filling roles and dealing with clients, who wants to take ownership of fulfilling their clients' requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing existing client relationships and live vacancies
  • Sourcing, screening and placing candidates
  • Supporting with day-to-day account management
  • Building on existing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow them
  • Providing a consistent and reliable service to clients

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years’ recruitment agency experience
  • Confident managing vacancies from start to finish
  • Comfortable speaking to clients and building relationships
  • Organised and able to manage your own workload
  • Willing to contribute to account growth where needed
