About the Role:
This role involves hands-on work producing high-performance composite parts using traditional wet lay-up techniques. You will work on a range of exciting projects across sectors such as automotive, marine, aerospace, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds and materials for wet lay-up
- Accurately measure, cut, and apply reinforcement fabrics
- Mix and apply resins with consistency and care
- Ensure high-quality lamination and attention to fine detail
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in wet lay-up laminating
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
