Our client based in Burton on Trent is now seeking a CNC Operator/Setter/Manual Machinist to join their longstanding small family team. This professional organisation has gained a reputation for the highest standards, so you would be making a great move.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating Lathes and Milling machines
- Machining bespoke automotive parts to a high tolerance
- Working to technical drawings
The following attributes are vital:
- Great written and verbal skills
- Knowledge and use of common ‘machine shop’ equipment
- Solid mechanical and engineering knowledge
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Select tooling
