You’ll work closely with real estate investment professionals, operations, and engineering teams to shape and improve technology solutions that power portfolio analysis, forecasting, and decision-making. What You’ll Do: Act as a key liaison between investment teams and IT — turning business needs into scalable, user-friendly systems Lead requirements gathering, systems planning, testing, and documentation Own the rollout and ongoing improvement of tools used across real estate finance, forecasting, and portfolio management Drive solutions from concept to execution, and support long-term system health Provide mentorship to junior team members and support ongoing tech innovation Support data modeling, reporting, and integration work as needed What You Bring: 7-10 years of experience in business systems, product ownership, or technology project delivery Familiarity with tools like Argus, Yardi, RealPage, or other real estate systems Strong skills in gathering business requirements, testing, and workflow mapping Comfortable working with SQL and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Experience in private markets or alternative investments is a plus Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across business and tech teams This is a great role for someone who wants to combine domain expertise with hands-on impact, helping evolve the tech stack that powers sophisticated investment activity.
