Business Development & Operations Associate
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in building relationships, driving deal flow, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. In this highly collaborative position, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to manage pipelines, optimize business development processes, coordinate executive events, and implement innovative tools that give us a competitive edge. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across teams, and takes pride in turning ideas into results.
You’ll be at the center of our relationship management efforts—maintaining and leveraging our CRM system, mapping and nurturing key industry networks, tracking executive movements, and ensuring seamless coordination for meetings, investor conferences, and client trips. You’ll help keep our pipeline strong and competitive by tracking target companies, monitoring market activity, gathering critical data, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. On the marketing and events side, you’ll manage and update high-impact pitch materials, oversee microsite content, and play a hands-on role in planning and executing executive events and conferences.
Your work will also extend into technology and data innovation—partnering with research, data science, and IT teams to identify new sourcing tools, improve data capabilities, and train colleagues on new systems. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a high-performing team, build valuable industry connections, and gain exposure to the inner workings of deal origination and strategic growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and private company research tools (e.g., Pitchbook, Grata) preferred
- Strong project management skills with excellent follow-through
- Detail-oriented, creative thinker with a proactive approach
- Experience in finance, private equity, or technology sectors a plus
