Be the person who turns up and fixes it. You'll handle emergency call-outs and everyday maintenance for the holiday lets we manage and for Bnbly Response members, from leaks and lockouts to fire doors and general repairs.
What you'll do
- Plumbing and leaks, heating and hot water, electrics, locks and appliances
- Carpentry, fire door adjustments and replacements, and general repairs
- Making properties safe and writing job reports with photos
- Taking your turn on the evening and night on-call rota
What we're looking for
- Solid handyman or trade experience
- A full UK driving licence
- A calm head when something goes wrong at 2am
- Clear, friendly communication with owners, tenants and guests
