What you'll do
- Welcoming guests, check-ins and check-outs
- Answering questions in person, by phone and by message
- Handling bookings, requests and the occasional problem
- Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance
What we're looking for
- Friendly, confident and well presented
- Organised and comfortable using booking systems
- Hotel or customer service experience is a plus
- Happy to work some evenings and weekends
