We are looking for an experienced SDR Team Lead who can build, coach, and scale a high‑performing outbound sales team.

This is not simply a people management role.

We need someone who has successfully grown an SDR function, introduced new outbound strategies, and knows how to consistently generate qualified pipeline.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment, bringing fresh ideas and challenging existing processes to help us expand into new markets across Europe and North America.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading an SDR or Business Development team, with a proven track record of improving performance and developing people.
  • Proven experience scaling SDR teams and improving performance.
  • Strong Saa S sales background with hands‑on outbound prospecting experience before moving into leadership.
  • Experience creating and implementing outbound strategies rather than simply managing existing processes.
  • Demonstrated success improving pipeline generation, conversion rates, and team performance.
  • Proven ability to coach underperforming SDRs into consistent performers.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing SDRs.
  • Experience working closely with Account Executives to improve pipeline quality and conversion.
  • Experience working with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the SDR team through regular one‑to‑one coaching, call reviews, and performance management.
  • Create a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and refine outbound strategies across email, phone, and Linked In.
  • Identify new target markets, ideal customer profiles, and prospecting opportunities.
  • Introduce new ideas, tools, and sales methodologies to improve results.
  • Monitor SDR KPIs, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and activity levels.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to align pipeline generation with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit and scale the SDR function as the business grows.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and consistent execution of outbound processes.
