Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product design and user experience for our Institutional Financial Platform.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product journey for global institutional clients across core financial services—including Institutional Lending, OTC Trading, and Portfolio & Risk Workflows.
You will focus on translating complex financial logic into intuitive, secure, and enterprise-grade user experiences, bridging Web2/Web3 financial operations with best‑class institutional usability.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Financial Products (Lending, OTC & Financing)
- Institutional Lending & Credit: Own the product lifecycle for institutional financing, including margin lending, collateral management, LTV monitoring, and interest rate workflows.
- OTC & Workflow Automation: Design efficient OTC/RFQ trading workflows, client quote interfaces, and post‑trade confirmation processes for institutional counterparties.
- Risk & Exposure
Controls: Work with risk teams to define balance controls, alerts, and user‑facing risk dashboards that give clients real‑time visibility into their positions and collateral status.
- Enterprise Platform Experience & Client Workflows
- Institutional User Experience (B2B UX): Design seamless, high‑efficiency Web/Portal interfaces tailored for institutional traders, ops teams, and fund managers.
- Advanced Access & Account
Architecture: Architect granular multi‑entity sub‑account structures, flexible RBAC (Role‑Based Access Control), multi‑sig/approval policies, and security settings.
- Developer & API Usability: Optimize the institutional client developer journey, improving API documentation, SDKs, FIX/Web Socket connection onboarding, and reporting/statement generation.
- Client Onboarding & Operations: Streamline the end‑to‑end client lifecycle from onboarding/KYB setup to daily fund operations, balance management, and account reconciliation.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience in Fin Tech, Digital Assets, Saa S, or Institutional Financial Services.
- Financial & Domain Knowledge: Strong baseline in core financial products, specifically Institutional Lending, Margin, OTC Trading, or Enterprise Risk Dashboards.
- Institutional UX Mastery: Proven track record of designing complex B2B/institutional platforms, with deep emphasis on usability, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and clean data visualization.
- Product Execution: Outstanding skills in workflow design, wireframing, and gathering feedback directly from institutional clients or coverage teams.
- Nice‑to‑Have (Pluses)
- Web3 & Digital Asset Experience: Familiarity … custody workflows, or digital asset lending protocols.
- AI & Automation: Experience using AI/LLMs to enhance client interaction, automate operational/risk workflows, or improve product development velocity.
