Opportunity: We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our crossâfunctional, featureâfocused, productâoriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role â you will drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it endâtoâend. As a productâled organisation, we prioritise delivering meaningful user value through thoughtful product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You will work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define the architecture, and ship features that impact millions of users. We are looking for someone with strong fullâstack engineering expertise and a proven track record of leading highâperforming teams, ideally within a fastâpaced, productâdriven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a featureâfocused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers).
- Partner closely with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap for a core product vertical.
- Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and handsâon support when needed.
- Foster a highâperforming, ownershipâdriven engineering culture aligned with Trust Wallet's values.
- Attract, coach, and retain top engineering talent.
- Ensure strong engineering processes, velocity, and code quality across the team.
- Be a key part of our wider Engineering leadership group, contributing to crossâteam alignment and longâterm product strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3â5+ years of engineering management leading crossâfunctional teams in a fastâpaced, productâfocused environment.
- 8â10+ years of total experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong foundation in fullâstack development.
- Proven project and execution management skills, with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives, align crossâfunctional stakeholders, and ensure timely, highâquality delivery.
- Strong technical background with fullâstack experience (backend and at least one frontend or mobile framework).
- Proven success leading crossâfunctional product teams shipping userâfacing features at scale.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to hire, develop, and inspire engineers.
- A product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and pragmatic delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remoteâfirst team.
