Role Summary

We're looking for a versatile, execution-focused Creative Designer who lives across graphic design, motion, and video. You'll own the visual identity of BNB Chain across social media, product campaigns, ecosystem announcements, events, and more — bringing clarity and energy to one of the most dynamic brands in Web3. This is a hands-on role. You'll be expected to concept, produce, and deliver. You'll also be expected to work smart: we use AI tools as part of our creative process and want someone who's already doing the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Design assets for social media, marketing campaigns, ecosystem partnerships, event branding, presentations, and editorial content.
  • Motion Design: Produce animated graphics, transitions, and explainer animations for social, web, and paid media.
  • Video Production: Create and edit short-form and long-form video content including product announcements, event recaps, community content, and brand films.
  • Brand Consistency: Apply and evolve the BNB Chain visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining high standards across formats and platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, BD, and community teams to translate briefs into compelling visual content.
  • Content Pipeline: Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-moving environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Leverage AI tools (image generation, video synthesis, scriptwriting, asset iteration) to move faster and explore more creative directions without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience across graphic design, motion design, and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across all three disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator / Photoshop.
  • Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day creative work — image generation (Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, etc.), video AI (Runway, Kling, Sora, etc.), or AI-assisted editing and ideation; able to talk concretely about how it fits into your process.
  • Solid understanding of design systems and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and ship quickly with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable with short-form content for platforms like X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for Web3, crypto, or fintech brands.
  • 3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
  • Experience with Lottie or web animation formats.
  • Understanding of on-chain ecosystems, DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain infrastructure.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team.
