BMZ Dynamix Limited is a franchise partner of EE in the East of Scotland, currently managing stores in Edinburgh Cameron Toll and Dunfermline Kingsgate. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service and top-tier telecommunications products. We aim to enhance the experience for each of our customers, delivering high-quality service and support.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Leader located in Edinburgh. The Store Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include training and mentoring employees, monitoring sales performance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining organized store operations. The Store Leader will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with company policies.
