BMZ Dynamix Limited is a franchise partner of EE in the East of Scotland, currently managing stores in Edinburgh Cameron Toll and Dunfermline Kingsgate. Our focus is on providing excellent customer service and top-tier telecommunications products. We aim to enhance the experience for each of our customers, delivering high-quality service and support.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Leader located in Edinburgh. The Store Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Training and mentoring employees
- Monitoring sales performance
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining organized store operations
The Store Leader will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Retail Sales and Organization Skills
- Ability to Train and mentor staff effectively
