The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.
Reporting to the group corporate Sales Manager, you will achieve agreed sales targets for new cars in relation to corporate and local business and within defined operating and financial guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a database of business users, including comprehensive details of principal contacts, fleet-size, make-up and anticipated replacement cycles.
You will contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner, whilst requesting contact details from all prospects/visitors and ensuring that a follow-up is conducted.
You will have proven experience in a similar role whilst demonstrating excellent sales, communication, negotiating and influencing skills to ensure the best possible standard of customer service. With a customer centric attitude, you will demonstrate outstanding presentation, organisational and prioritisation skills. An ability to act with discretion, diplomacy and tact are essential whilst remaining calm, well organised and confident.
With an outstanding attitude for sales, you will be able to meet targets whilst supporting others with an ability to take direction and assist colleagues when necessary. Working within a team and autonomously (when necessary), you will have a willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with complex, technical and product related information.
Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office and Drive) are required.
