Cotswold Motor Group Cheltenham is looking for an experienced SMART Repairer/ Wheel Lathe Operator to join our dynamic and talented team.

Duties Include:

  • Painting localised areas to a high quality.
  • Painting refurbished wheels.
  • Small panel repair and paint.
  • Mix and match paint using computer technology to ensure correct colour match.
  • Apply primer and finishing coats using spray guns and rub down surfaces between coats.
  • Touch up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles.
  • Knowledge of blending paintwork essential.
  • Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork.
  • Working in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to the specific areas.
  • Wheel Lathe Operation.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 Dependent on Experience + Bonus.

Your profile: The successful candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and be comfortable in a paint environment. Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial but not essential as a full training programme will be provided. A Full UK Driving License is required.
