Sytner Leicester has an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background. As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car. Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. On top of your salary and a very achievable OTE of £52,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, having a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
