Group1 Lincoln is looking for a Receptionist (Saturdays).
Your role:
As part of a successful, global automotive group, you’ll broaden your experience across both sites and brands. And with the right support from us, you’ll be able to progress as high as you can aim.
What you’ll do day to day:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience
